SAM is one automatic controlled mixing drying unit for batch operation. The hermetic operation satisfices the latest GMP criteria; ATEX certificate motor is configured. Cake after drying can be automatically discharged at atmospheric pressure.

The spiral stirring structure and assistant crush component running produces mixtures with high level homogeneity in short time; the temperature circulation system, including the hollow spiral stirring structure and jacket layer, is full of heat media during drying process; maximum effective heat exchanging with stirring mixing enhances drying capability; robust stirring structure is the solution for materials with high viscosity (e.g. Starch).
