RFD is one automatic controlled Multi-functional unit for batch operation. The hermetic operation satisfices the latest GMP criteria; ATEX certificate motor is configured. Cake after processes can be automatically discharged at atmospheric pressure.

Filtering, washing and drying can be successively processed in RFD according to customer requirement. Clean-in-place and no dead angle is contained for strict purity product requirement. The spiral stirring structure maintains thin cake condition during the filtering process; and materials are fully stirring during drying, combined with large effective heat exchange area provided by the temperature circulation system, RFD has excellent drying performance.
